The top brass accuse themselves
In sworn affidavits, here is what some of the top Quixtar distributors in the world are saying about the Quixtar business (a bus they've deceptively peddled for years). http://www.freetheibo.com/images/Complaint with exhibits.pdf . These are all statements made on legal documents against the company they have been signing recruits to (Quixtar). Do you think they've been honest with those they've recruited?
TIM MARKS "In England, regulators recently determined that Quixtar was operating illegally and imposed significant restrictions on Quixtar's business. Quixtar's North American business operations are similar to those in England, and having a government clearly state that the company operates illegally has opened my eyes to the fact that Quixtar's business model is not sustainable."
BILLY FLORENCE "A class action suit (see above) was filed against Quixtar. In the lawsuit, the plaintiff's provide detailed allegations relating to Quixtar's operation being a pyramid scheme. I realize that many of the actions in that class action will likely prove to be true, and I do not want to be associated with a company that operates in such a fashion (took you this long to figure this out, Billy?) later... We have informed Quixtar time and again that it's products aren't retailable. Yet they are issuing a new brochure. In my opinion, this brochure is essentially a lie."
CHRIS BRADY (the Leader of Team) "Quixtar's products are too expensiveto be effectively retailed... because Quixtar's products are unmarketable, financial gains to distributors are primarily dependent upon the continued, successive recruitment of other participants who purchase products in order to qualify for commissions (hence, an illegal pyramid scheme) ... Notably, distibutors get paid a commission for their downline volume regardless of whether the product was purchased for personal use or retail (thus breaking the law... the 70 % rule) ... In 2007 I was elected to the IBOAI. I was chosen to serve on the Legal and Ethics committee... currently the only customer volume I have comes from the products that I give away to a local pregnancy clinic. Outside of this volume, I have no retail sales to customers (thus admitting he routinely violates the "10 customer" rule and the 70% rule - which of course makes it an illegal pyramid scheme - and he is on the Ethics Committee!!) ... the "platinum and above" exception demonstrates that Quixtar's rules are a sham (another confession).

I do not wish to enter into a contract with Quixtar that obligates me to take part in an illegal pyramid scheme... my business will be crippled as a result of the June 2007 decision to change the name to Amway. Did you just figure this out now, Chris?
How many people have you defrauded along the way?
Hypocricy too great
